You have up to 7 calendar days to start your return process from the moment you receive the item. Please include the original packaging with your return.
- You will need to pay a 10% restocking fee on any returns.
- We are NOT responsible for the return shipping cost of items in good condition.
- We are only responsible for the shipping cost for the return of products with manufacturing defects.
- Items from different orders cannot be returned in the same package.
- Please DO NOT return any damaged products unless you're told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it may delay us from resolving your issue.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO REGISTER YOUR RETURN
To exercise your right to return an item, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 calendar days upon receiving your order. Please send us an email stating your decision to return the item.
Step 1 To return an item within required calendar days upon receiving your package, you must write to us at email@example.com to confirm your intention to return the item to us.
Step 2 After we confirm your request, we will send you a return form and the return address. Please fill out the return form, print it out, and send it along with the original purchase receipt and the item back to the return address.
Step 3 We will proceed with your refund within 3~5 days after receiving the returned item. The refund will be applied to the original payment method used to make the order.
